Current- Responsibility in the recruitment, retention, and training of qualified personnel, as well as, scheduling of full-time and per-diem employees.
- Conducts monthly staff meetings and in-services to promote staff development and to maintain a high level of performance.
- Act as communication liaison between surgical stafr and the facility’s governing body.
- Develop methods to execute new policies and procedures based on JCAHO standards of care and ensure adherence by stafr.
- Involved in JCAHO accreditation process for two surgery center locations, including case tracing, chart audits, policy reviews and log maintenance.
- Maintain communication, scheduling and privileging of all personnel and providers including facility staff contracted CRNAs, in-house and external office surgeons.
