Longest running project has been a multi-year ground-up redesign of mining jumbo drills/bolters, which has culminated in production machines undergoing continuous improvement. This work has provided opportunities for complete boom redesign, hydraulic components placement and control systems/options integration, battery electric vehicle conversion design, and stability calculations, all while becoming a leading resource for design expertise and engineering decision rationale on the team. Other projects have included the testing and manufacture of electrical harnesses for numerous applications, hydraulic routing of a vibratory compactor, and prototype design assistance of a shipping trailer unloading apparatus (among others).
