Senior Credit Analyst
CurrentSenior Retail Credit Analyst March 2017 - Present- Analyze credit files/applications to assess risk and make quality decisions on loans up to $150k within established SLA, work deals and recommend decisions on loans up to $250k- Assist with in house contract solutions through thorough analysis of contract structure to include restructure, re-approving and re-contracting loans- Early Warning Indicator Co-Lead, reviewing delinquent accounts to determine cause of delinquency and escalate riskier deals for coaching opportunities - Assist Credit Coaches with training new hires in the training room and on the floor- Assist with simulation calls to develop and educate fellow analysts on proper phone etiquette - Manage escalated calls from other retail credit analysts- Conduct extensive side by side trainings with new analyst in order to expand skillset and develop best practices, while providing feedback to Credit Coach - Participate in Pulse Action Planning to improve workplace culture by identifying opportunities and offering solutions that were solicited from peer feedback to management. Presented consolidated and quantified data to upper management- Correspond with Dealer Relationship Managers to address dealer questions and concerns in regards to unfamiliar application processes- Lead team huddles to keep members on my team aware of any policy or strategy changes
