• Oversaw the implementation of a corporate wide VoIP phone system, cloud-based remote desktop environment, staffing software upgrade, and new website for both companies including training, contracting, scheduling, and budgeting of these projects.• Conducted the transition to remote work quickly as a result of Covid-19 to ensure business continuity and safety of our staff, clients, and employees.• Oversee budgets, tax filings, accounting, and payroll for over 1,200 temporary employees annually.• Developed and oversaw staff training programs to increase productivity and industry knowledge. These included training in Microsoft products, OSHA safety, and sales and recruitment.
