CurrentAs the president of IT Strategies Group, my job is to define the vision of what we want to be as an organization, create an upbeat and positive work environment that attracts the skilled team members we need to get there, and help the team create the customer experiences that build our reputation and brand. My typical day is spent:~ Working w/ Marketing to make sure our message, tone and targets are right~ Working w/ sales to make sure we are following up on leads and building relationships~ Working with accounting and bookkeeping to ensure we are financially healthy~ Working with human resources to make sure we are attracting the right talent~ Working with the technologist to make sure we are building right skills in right technologies~ Networking with my peers to build our presence in the communities we serveAs the principle consultant, I lend my expertise in:~ Backup and recovery assessment engagements~ Disaster recovery engagements~ Enterprise architecture engagements~ Managed services implementations~ Technology evaluation, selection and contract negotiation engagementsThe guiding principle I try to instill in all that we do at IT Strategies Group is that we are a relationship based, not a transactional focused company. With a talented team that is challenged, has a good life / work balance and works well together we can meet any client need. We build our relationships with our clients through by earning their business each time, building trust with the goal of becoming not just their partner but their trusted advisor.
