Elected to the Oklahoma House of Representatives in November of 2016. This included building and leading a team of 48, with 3 direct reports, and holding full P&L responsibility.• Developed an inside sales team, expanding to an outside sales team as well, that drove sales across the United States.• Oversaw the design and implementation of marketing campaigns that included television, internet, social media, billboards, and print material. • Developed unique products non-existent in the non-traditional market such as video sites, micro law sites, smart phone application development, and leadership training.

Served as the primary face of business development for FindLaw (a division of Thompson Reuters) for the Tulsa, Little Rock, and Northwest Arkansas region. • Hired by the company to turnaround a failing territory, reaching the required sales quota in half of the expected time.• Focused initially on generating business in the Tulsa metropolitan area before expanding influence into the rest of the market.

Built sales team from ground up into 100+ associates, with 15 direct reports. This included creating marketing strategies for specific markets and launching new geographical markets. • Prepared sales forecasts and reported weekly to CEO and COO, as well as reports for stockholder meetings and annual report. • Served as an integral team member during the company’s IPO and listing on NASDAQ and American Stock Exchange. • Built high-profile relationships with Hewlett Packard, Sprint, and military agencies.• Successfully built sales team with low base pay offering, championing a salary-based compensation package coupled with commission sales.• Assembled international team with consultants already familiar with territories. • Created distributor team of 200 part-time police officers and 75 distributors nationwide.
