Candidates are rotated across the different areas of business in Globe.During my rotation across three different areas of business, I was able to demonstrate a strong performance across all stints. My first stint was with Internal Controls Division where I lead a team that conducted an audit of GXi, a wholly owned subsidiary of Globe that manages and develops mobile banking services. During my stint my reviewed their processes, policies, and procedures and identified risk areas. I also recommended the adoption of new procedures and systems to mitigate and eliminate those risks. I also instituted a customer survey system, to gauge the satisfaction of the different stakeholders of an internal audit.My second stint was with Store Operations Support, where I analyzed the customer experience in Globe's premium dealer store and identified process and experience gaps. Using this data, I created a road map of policies, tools, and systems that need to be put in place to be able align Premium Dealer experience as well as increase profitability. The road map I developed during my two-month stint has already been implemented, resulting in an overall improvement of Premium Dealer operations.My last stint was with the Office of Strategy Management - Corporate Quality Management, where I reviewed Globe's device supply chain with the aim of improving device availability, reduce device provisioning, and improve overall efficiency. As a result of this study, I developed a set of recommendations, that included the transition to demand based forecasting, improvement of forecasting metrics, and a change in the procurement process.
