Compliance Leader, People Operations
Current● Lead compliance strategic planning and operational excellence for high volume global Contingent Workforce Program with 145k contingent workers in 115 countries.● Build compliance partnerships and workstreams with key vendors and internal stakeholders to include Contingent Workforce Business Partners, Employment Law, Internal Audit, Legal Learning & Development, Supplier Management.● Lead transformational change with cross functional partners and complex workstreams following recent MSP and VMS provider changes.● Develop partnerships with Meta Internal Audit and external audit organizations to ensure we resolve audit findings and build solutions to prevent them in the future.● Improve access and privacy controls, implement privacy statements and improve Meta’s approach to privacy in compliance with Federal Trade Commission orders.● Manage multiple concurrent projects to drive operational efficiencies in Meta’s effort to “Move Fast” while maintaining a high degree of compliance.● Partner with internal governance experts to translate external legal and regulatory requirements into clear, concise, and actionable policy/business requirements, enabling the population and maintenance of a global compliance framework.● Develop a global compliance framework in partnership with the employment law team.● Consult and develop system enhancements to ensure efficacy of compliance elements during implementations and expansion processes.● Build and manage partnership with HireRight to centralize background screening processes in their extended workforce solutions product and implement controls and audits to ensure we pass internal audits and ensure the safety of our workforce, systems, sites and data.● Initiate and independently drive process documentation, continuous improvements, resolve issues, create solutions and manage stakeholder expectations on project plans.
