My Italian adventure taught me to be open minded to other cultures and embrace every opportunity I can. We landed in Rome and took one week of countless excursions absorbing the Italian culture staying at bed and breakfasts and sight seeing until we arrived up North to Florence, Italy where we stayed for three weeks and took our core classes. I took Italian Cooking II where I cooked with ingredients like, rabbit, truffle, sword fish, and flowers. I will have fond memories from my time spent in Italy for my whole life. I learned so much.
