Project Coordinator
Current- Providing administrative support to Project Managers and the business unit as a whole.- Editing and formatting final project deliverables. - Assisting with budget management, tracking, and invoicing. - Reporting project cost variances and tracking costs.- Organizing internal and external meetings, workshops, and seminars. - Coordinating travel arrangements and health and safety requirements for site visits. - Working with legal to provide service agreements, work orders, and change orders as required. - Training and implementing the company’s quality management system throughout the business unit.
