Responsible for operations of 500 units including 7 apartment buildings and 100+ single family homes. Property management responsibilities include directly overseeing maintenance vendors and staff, overseeing tenant communications, collections and accounting.

Owner and manager of 55 units including duplexes and single family homes. Involved in 30 plus real estate transactions including acquisitions, sale and land contracts.

I started Chesterfield Personal Training Studio with the aim to coach people to live healthier lives. We offer personal training, nutrition consultations and health coaching. My main role as the owner is to run digital marketing campaigns to generate leads and to continuously improve our services.
