I started working at We Are Unity (formerly Eight Steps West) in 2015. When I started, it was my responsibility to ensure that the Creative Directors had the support they needed to roll out brand and campaign work for our clients. We worked on some huge projects such as Jurlique’s Communications Hub and KFC’s Employer Brand. I would work with them and take their advice in preparing design files to ensure that everything we produced was to a high standard and delivered on time.• Conceptual development for print and online projects:I can confidently take and brief, decipher what the client is really asking for and present it in a visually striking way.
