In my current role, I work with the Events division at Goodwood which is made up of the teams responsible for creating, selling and delivering the headline motorsport and horse racing events (including Festival of Speed, Revival and the Qatar Goodwood Festival). From September 2020, I supported the Events division at Goodwood. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------Following a period of maternity leave, as of May 2019 I was the P&D Advisor for the Sport & Motorsport divisions at Goodwood. With a focus on Employee Relations, I worked alongside the business managers to ensure that people issues were managed professionally, fairly and efficiently. ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------From February 2017, I was the main Advisor for the Entertaining & Hospitality division. My role was to support, guide and challenge people managers to proactively manage the performance of their teams in a fair and timely way. Offering direction, support and guidance to managers and their people in a complex and diverse workforce.

Assistant Advisor for the Estate division of the business (including Parks & Gardens, Repairs and Maintenance, Home Farm, Forestry, Health, Safety and Security, Estate Office, Shoot & Curatorial). Supporting managers on all aspects of HR working with a complex and diverse workforce.Also providing efficient administrative support to the other P&D Advisors.

Proactively support the P&D team by providing a full administrative service, including preparation of standard documentations, reports, dealing with correspondence, incoming and outgoing mail.
