• Present design concepts and strategies to stakeholders, articulating the rationale behind design decisions• Collaborate with product management and engineering teams to set design direction• Present and defend design decisions to stakeholders• Guide design discussions, mediate conflicts, and ensure effective communication throughout the product development cycle• Provide mentorship and guidance to the design team• Lead and participate in design reviews, providing constructive feedback to achieve clients' needs

• Collaborate with stakeholders, product managers, business partners, and engineers to help define product requirements.• Manage redesign of old projects through Identify and troubleshooting UX/UI problems• Analyze feedback from our clients and identify design solutions to improve design functionality and interactions• Producing high-quality UX design solutions through sketches, wireframes, flow diagrams, storyboards, site maps, and prototypes.• Designing UI elements and tools such as navigation menus, search boxes, tabs, and widgets for our digital assets.• Responsible for creating the design system for more than 5 startups in Saudi Arabia• Collaborate with developers before and after the handoff of the design
