Revati Wellness is Cleveland's premier concierge primary care practice. As Office Manager, I joined the team before we opened our doors, and developed and implemented the company's operations. During my eight-year tenure, we grew from a startup with zero patients into a viable business that was able to hire a second physician. My operational development included new patient recruitment, program development, staffing, marketing, billing, and IT. I also developed FileMaker database solutions that helped us automate administrative tasks and track patient outcomes.

I coordinated the Dutch network of organizations working on sexual health, acting as the primary liaison with European and International networks, and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs. I also taught qualitative research skills to the Institute's clients and Masters degree students.

As a Fulbright Scholar, I traveled to the Netherlands to pursue my Master of Science degree in Sociology with a concentration on Gender, Sexuality, and Society.

In this Cleveland Foundation-sponsored internship, I studied the financial status of 100 AIDS service organizations to help understand the field's financial stability. My report was disseminated nationally.

I served as Professor Paula Richman's right-hand person, assisting in research, writing, and editing of her publications on performances of The Ramayana under a National Endowment for the Humanities grant.

I served as Professor Marc Blecher's right-hand person, assisting students in his politics classes with all aspects of the writing process, from brainstorming to final editing of papers. I also wrote a resource guide to help future Writing Associates succeed.

Designed, implemented, and evaluated programming including workshops, lectures, theatrical presentations, and alternative education efforts. Facilitated the campus’s World AIDS Day. Composed grant applications.

As a recent high school graduate and college freshman, I helped coordinate 1,500 student trips around the world, managed the retail store, and marketed international travel programs.

I served as the editor's assistant, doing whatever was needed to keep the publication running. I wrote, edited, and proofread articles; designed page layouts; sold advertisements and subscriptions; and maintained the circulation list.
