Growing up in Miami, FL, the city's fast pace and perpetual changes captivated me. I initially studied business administration when I entered college, but this subject left me incomplete. My enthusiasm for finance blossomed once I started reading books and taking classes about the industry. The fluctuation of financial markets and the various strategies for investing helped satisfy my desire for a changing environment, which led me to switch my major to finance. Upon entering the finance major, I was proud to be recognized on the dean's list for three consecutive semesters. In December of my sophomore year, I secured a position as a courier for a jet company. The following summer, I returned for a month to work in the human resources department. This experience underscored the importance of communication in business operations and honed my attention to detail, allowing me to efficiently complete tasks and gain insights into the airline service industry. As I approach my senior year at Florida State University, my passion for finance is stronger than ever. I am eager to embark on the next phase of my journey, seeking opportunities that will allow me to apply and expand my knowledge.
