Head of Project Management Unit, Water Supply & Sanitation, Department of Public Health Engineering for the Third Urban Governance & Infrastructure Improvement (Sector) Project, abbreviated as UGIIP3 which is a flagship project of urban infrastructure funded by Asian Development Bank (ADB) & OPEC Fund for International Development (OFID) and Government of Bangladesh (GoB). This project deals with 36 municipalities of Bangladesh for the improvement of urban governance & infrastructures like road, drain, water supply, sanitation, sanitary landfill, faecal sludge treatment plant, bus terminal, kitchen market etc. Led the project team and guided the consultants for preparing site survey report, design, estimate, Bill of Quality (BoQ) of water supply, solid waste, & sanitation subproject formulation under UGIIP3 as per the agrees guideline & subproject preparation criteria set by ADB. Supervised the field activities during implementation and conducted training on operation & maintenance of sanitary landfill & faecal sludge treatment plant, production tubewells, distribution pipeline network, water safety plan. Contributed to the executing agency level meetings with the ADB, Ministry of Local Government, Rural Development & Cooperatives.
