Quite honestly, until UniversalGiving, there were few professional experiences that profoundly affected me and helped develop my skills. I'm lucky to have a boss who cares about cultivating her employee's strengths and aligning their goals with the goals of the organization. Unfortunately, since I am quite capable of doing many things well, I usually find myself overwhelmingly busy doing every facet and function available at work. I jokingly say that because it is truly an awesome aspect of working with a nonprofit and to be able to have a broad array of tasks to work on. I am the head Salesforce administrator/developer, in charge of IT matters, the head of development and fundraising, in charge of working to spread the good word of UniversalGiving at conferences via sending promotional materials or getting Pamela a venue to speak at, and much more.
