Set goals and objectives, create new marketing channel, and establish a marketing plan for product promotion and sales of pharmaceutical Raw Materials. Lead the sales team and work with the team directly or indirectly to implement the sales target with an entrepreneur mindset.Sales forecasting of existing business and planning for new business and working accordingly. Monitor the marketing team and ongoing project with analyzing data of commercial and Factory people of the client. Facilitate coordination and communication between the development team and the marketing team.
