I am a member of the Talent Acquisition team at Axiom, where I lead recruitment for Commercial Contracts, Labor & Employment, and Real Estate lawyers interested in joining our ranks. I also recruit for our bench of solo practitioners who want to practice as independent contractors, supplementing their own workload with engagements for Axiom clients. At Axiom, top lawyers work on challenging legal matters while maintaining control over how, when, and where they practice. Legal teams come to Axiom for everything from routine in-house tasks to complex outside counsel work while also getting their quality standards met. Prior to joining Axiom in 2022, I spent 18 years working at AmLaw 200-ranked law firms in NYC and the Midwest. Highlights of my expertise include recruiting process strategy and optimization; leveraging technology in hiring; analyzing market intelligence to guide strategic hiring efforts; event planning for peak brand recognition and engagement; and behavioral interviewing techniques.My peers continuously recognize me as a leader in our field. I'm delighted to serve NALP as the Midwest Employer Representative for the 2024-2025 Nominating Committee, a position I also held in 2016-2017. I previously was elected to positions on the Conference Planning Committee for the 2022 NALP Annual Education Conference as well as the 2019-2021 Regional Leadership Council. I am a Past President of the Board of the Chicago Association of Legal Personnel Administrators (CALPA) and also served the organization as Vice President (2014) and Secretary (2013).
