Project management for Terrasoft software solutions development and implementation. CRM solutions based on BPM'online software are designed to enable customers to optimize their business. Achievements: Successfully finished projects for business processes digitalization in accordance to a strategic view to CRM development.

Project team management was done for Fogsoft Company, including developers and technical support administrators lead. Project included the following activities: risk, communication and program coordination activities management; project reports and documentation development, controlling and monitoring for contractual documentation preparation and development; release and error management, IT support and maintenance policy implementation.Achievements: Integrations with internal IT-systems landscape (SAP SRM and EOS NSI, "Greenatom" JSC) were implemented in time and in accordance to IT concept. Rosatom supplier business reputation rating information system was successfully developed as a product and was transferred into production.
