I was integral in creating cohesion with reporting into a new database that the organization had incorporated as I began my role. This cohesion and structure increased reporting through our community partners and accuracy within our own systems. During my first year with the organization, I spearheaded a new sustainability initiative within the organization called the "Green Team". This group has goals of creating a more sustainable environment for staff, volunteers and for the community that our work impacts.
