Perform in a lead capacity on an Analytics team. Leverage creative and technical skill-sets to translate data into actionable insights to improve efficiencies, quality, cost effectiveness of products and services. Design and develop advanced interactive dashboards, data visualizations, reports, and data models using Microsoft Power BI, Alteryx, SSRS, Business Objects, and Excel. Collect, extract, transform, and blend data from multiple sources using advanced SQL queries and automated data extraction tools. Create reusable data models and share with team and cross functional units. Business Systems/Data Analyst and subject matter expert role in analyzing and supporting strategic division projects.  Perform analysis and profiling of data in source and target systems that will meet users' current and future needs.  Provide project estimation support. Create working documents and deliverables to include: business rules, technical requirements, data flow diagrams, data mapping documents, and data quality strategy.  Create conceptual and logical data models. Document file layout specification and table definitions. Develop SQL queries from multiple data warehouse systems, and analyze the query results to validate data integrity.  Facilitate collection and documentation of the source-to-target transformation and business rules.
