Kenneth is a passionate and experienced STEM educator and neurodiversity advocate with an EdD degree and over 20 years of teaching and leadership experience. He is the founder and CEO of Neurodiversity Education Research Center (NERC), a nonprofit organization that aims to equip and prepare neurodivergent students for an emerging 21st century global workforce through research-based teaching and learning strategies, high-performance standards, and sensory integration support.NERC's key program is Science Prep Academy, a private STEM college and career prep school that believes neurodivergent students with autism can become computer scientists. Kenneth served as the superintendent of Science Prep Academy from 2015 to 2023, overseeing its innovative curriculum, high-quality teachers, and extracurricular activities. He also completed the Albert Einstein Distinguished Educator Fellowship Program in 2020, where he applied his extensive classroom knowledge and experience to inform federal STEM education efforts at the U.S. House of Representatives. Kenneth has traveled the world extensively, promoting equity, diversity, and inclusion in STEM education and workforce development.
