Mr. Kelley leads the development of DRG’s capture, refinement, and use of data within the organization. His role is to understand the insight requirements of the company and our customers and to identify the underlying data and processes needed to achieve our strategic goals. With a background in operations and data science, Mr. Kelley understands the needs of our agency clients and the challenges they face in getting actionable insights in a timely manner. Mr. Kelley also serves the role of Executive Vice President of North America where he helps lead sales, service, and marketing in that region.

Working as augmented staff within Airport Operations and Emergency Management, I provide technical services related to strategic operations. More specifically, I am responsible for the development and refinement of tools to enhance Operations' situational awareness and performance tracking. In addition, I provide expert and professional services for the day to day challenges related to airport operations, resource optimization, and statistical analysis.
