Over the course of my career, I haven’t always followed a traditional path. From operations to M&A to startups, my experience has varied greatly along the way, bringing with it a unique set of skills. I have a deep understanding of business operations and can perform strategic analysis that goes beyond what’s on paper. This aids both buyers and sellers tremendously in the negotiation process. Through a complete analysis, I identify risks that numbers on a spreadsheet won’t reveal, and thereby help my clients make better, more informed decisions.As an analytical and strategic senior business operations executive I have expertise in M&A, business startups and turnarounds, large-scale organizational management, and customer experience management. Working with organizations’ executives, private equity firms and bankers, I lead business transformations, grow revenues and enhance profitability. With a strong focus on tactical implementation, I serve in an operational executive capacity—both as owner and as an executive within larger corporations, assessing organizational strengths, finding improvement opportunities and mobilizing resources to enhance business practices, financial performance and shareholder wealth. Beginning in 2006, I became more involved in M&A—working with banks and sellers, structuring deals and growing companies via acquisition.
