Software Development Lead- Working closely with stakeholder to understand the business requirements and help to translate into technical requirement for Dev Team- Planning and documenting technical specifications for features or system design - Designing, building and configuring applications to meet business process and application requirements- Directing the development team in the design, development, coding, testing and debugging of applications- Manage the day-to-day activities of software development teams as well as the management and execution of project against delivery commitments and project plans.- Lead the software development team in the delivery of functionality- Planning, management, execution and implementation of software projects, inclusive of the day-to-day project management, scope management, functional and non functional requirement, issue management, as well as regular status reporting

Finance Lead- Analyze every month financial activities- Provide insights to the Board of Directors on future financial plans, expansion and large deals- Monitor the day-to-day financial operations within the company (payroll, invoicing, and other transactions)- Manage the company's financial accounting, monitoring, and reporting systems- Ensure compliance with accounting policies and regulatory requirements- Producing reports and research on the company’s financial situation, as well as its short and long term goals.- Looking for cost-reduction opportunities

- Design the space to house 60 mining machines ranging from L3+, D3 and S9- Design, Plan, Test, Implement ventilation and sound cancellation solution- Design, Plan, Implement security and monitoring system- Manage Mining Farm Facility- Ensure Mining Farm Facility running smooth and secure 24/7- Configure network and Ensure all rig is running smooth 24/7- Reporting and live monitoring for investors and stakeholders- To liaise and network with a range of stakeholders including colleagues, suppliers and partner organizations.
