Design professional development courses that combine a variety of instructional approaches that keep adult learners engaged and focused. Courses emphasize best practices, research-based instructional strategies, and digital media and technology.

At Groveland Elementary, I taught 5th and 6th grade students in small and large group settings. I used a variety of differentiated learning strategies and best practices in the classroom to meet all student needs. Also, I worked closely with other staff to incorporate all intelligences in daily lesson planning.
