Just as individuals are different, family units are unique with their own needs and special circumstances. This is especially true now, with Supreme Court rulings having far-reaching effects on families, causing the very nature of what constitutes a family to change. From single parent working households to two-parent working households, stay-at-home dads, and same-sex partners, we are moving into a new realm of family law. I understand these changes and incorporate them into my daily practice. I practice law with Cordell & Cordell where we represent clients all throughout the U.S. I handle matters across the family law spectrum, ranging from custody modifications, division of assets, including complex business analyses, to working through child custody and child support issues. In my years as a practicing attorney, I have seen many families struggle to overcome their conflicts and move on with their lives. Prior to entering private practice, I spent time as a prosecutor in Broward County, Florida trying over 30 jury trials to verdict.
