Responsible and accountable for direct/indirect patient care across the continuum, with an emphasis on outpatient care for designated populations; provides targeted consultations, screenings and support services for patients; coordinates a triaged plan of care consisting of specific interventions and/or services centered on meeting the expressed needs of the patient/family within the context of their identified cultural heritage.

Responsible for the facilitation of verifying compliance and licensure record maintenance for the Chickasaw Nation Department of Health and Family Services, including notifications to management and related audits; assists with recruiting, tracking applicants, and assisting Chickasaw citizens and those needing assistance in gaining employment; assists employees with human resources-related concerns and requests.

Responsible for performing a variety of functions to oversee the nursing department onboarding process, assist with recruitment and retention processes, track and maintain employee files, employee competencies, Joint Commission files, and providing support to the Nursing Administration office.
