I am currently in a restaurant working as an Expo and Server. I take care of customers with ensuring their food is prepared in a timely manner and according to the customers and menu specifications. I monitor sanitation and manage closing duties which include restocking items, cleaning and reconciliation of the cash drawer. I have been a live in care giver for a quadriplegic. I prepared and planned meals, reminded patient to take medications, and assisted in daily hygiene. Fulfilled all laundry and household duties, including cleaning room, kitchen, and bathroom. I have also worked as a laboratory technician. I preformed routine experiments on yeast produced, maintained glassware by picking-up, cleaning, sterilizing and distribution. I documented information and routinely cleaned the lab.I enjoy helping people and working in a restaurant gives me that opportunity. I help with menu options as a server and help prepare the food they will consume as an Expo.I am currently at Auburn University aspiring to be a Registered Dietitian.
