As a newborn photographer in a hospital, I provided new parents with permanent memories and beautiful portraits taken right in their hospital room. A full portrait session was photographed and edited right in the room, but made to look as if it were done in a studio.

As the production assistant, I worked closely with the production coordinator in a small production team in charge of 8-15 animators at a time. I assigned work to the animators and kept track of progress using spreadsheets, set-up files using Harmony, constistently communicated with the client, compiled all scenes and edited reels for client review using Adobe Premiere Pro. It was my job, with the production coordinator, to ensure that all goals for each project were met by the entire team.

I worked in a small team of production assistants to assist the directors and producers in both studio and field productions. This included operating the cameras and audio, setting up grid lighting for each show, building and maintaining sets, and editing packages and creating graphics for two annual fundraisers.

Quetzaltenango, Guatemala

As a part of a small team, I made decisons on the look and style of the documentary and operated the camera and audio equipment as the cinematographer. The documentary, Rompiendo El Ciclo, was filmed on location at Xela Aid in Quetzaltenango, Guatemala. The story highlights the organization’s positive impact on women in society. The ten-minute documentary was accepted into the Catalina Film Festival in California and the Modesto Latino Film Festival.
