Assisting in troubleshooting the problems pertaining to the performance & process conflicts.Participating in safety audits and HAZOP study of upcoming and existing units (BF and Corex gas holder, gas condensation, ammonia scrubbing, desulphurization, BOD, CWSS).Installation and CommissioningIdentifying project bottlenecks and undertaking corrective measures. Ensuring effective management and discipline to ensure safe & timely execution of the projects. Responsible for installation and commissioning of equipment’s, followed by plant trial runs meeting targeted performance / quality & quantity parameters and thereafter commissioning of all By-Product facilities in Coke Oven. Conducting tests & inspections to ensure operational effectiveness of utilities; planning & schedule of maintenance of equipment’s.Energy ManagementIdentifying area for modification to save energy and to prepare draft reports for the project. Applying Energy Saving tips throughout premises to achieve maximum performance. Friendly with BEE (Bureau of Energy Efficiency). Awareness of PAT (Perform Achieve & Trade) Scheme.
