Worked with a project team to transition multiple, outdated, and disorganized intranet sites into a single global intranet site. The project was driven to completion, and the result improved how thousands of employees across St. Jude Medical (the client) find and use information on a daily basis. Met with business stakeholders to conduct web content analysis and document analysis via Sitemap Tables, Models, Wireframes, along with other deliverables. Captured business requirements by creating high fidelity wireframes to illustrate page layouts, content mapping, and information architecture. Performed content management and administrative tasks in SharePoint 2010 such as creating sites/pages, maintaining lists and document libraries to meet requirements, edit site permissions, and other related tasks.

Support clients with hardware and software issues, either one-on-one or remotely over the phone.
