I have worn many hats in my career so far and I have been grateful with every experience. What motivates me the most is building genuine relationships with clients and making an impact on others. I started in the golf industry for 10 years and was able to work my way up from outside staff up to PGA Professional at a club. Moving on from the golf business I got a job doing recruiting and business development in the staffing industry for over 7 years. I was passionate about my job, and the feeling of helping someone else get a job drove my success as much as the numbers. Truly making an impact on other people's livelihood. I also enjoyed the success assisting with 2 large projects to hire a team and build a solution. It was a very collaborative effort and the teamwork around the project was fantastic. I am targeting to serve others with tiny homes and affordable housing, while bringing people closer to our Creator and the outdoors. It's not my sole focus but it is a target of mine. One of which was a custom trailer company where we would design, build, and sell custom off-grid and/or mobile solutions where we would retrofit an RV to solar, or tiny home, or build a custom work trailers into a living space for travel.
