Head Of Legal
Current• Daily management of legal function and provision of accurate, prompt and business-oriented legal advice supporting commercial objectives, including M&A / debt financing / private equity transactions;• Legal support on shareholders and board of directors matters (including investor relations and corporate secretary function);• Supervision of legal department and supervision and coordination of services rendered by local and international law firms;• Trust providers and nominees of offshore companies (the Netherlands, Cyprus, BVI, UAE free zones): setup of relations and day-to-day contact;• Management of legal risks, including preparation of legal opinions on different aspects of the Group’s respective country activities;• Organization of preparation and execution of corporate resolutions under the laws of various jurisdictions;• Legal aspects of international trade, JV projects and other negotiations;• Resolving KYC-related matters in bank relationships;• Analysis of the US and the EU sanctions in respect of the Group operations.
