I made the rank of Eagle Scout at the age of fifteen. My Eagle Scout project was to create a prayer/memorial garden for my church. During the process, I had to raise over $1,000 from fundraising and lead/organize a team made up of peers from Boy Scouts and the community. I have been working with the City since 2015, where I began as a Lifeguard and moved up to a Management position within the pool, which led to me becoming a Ellis & Associates Instructor. In 2017, I built my first computer and really enjoyed it. I did further research and decided to start making simple coding projects shortly after. That lead to me interning with the City's IT Department in 2020, leading me into a career with them at the age of 20. I moved up in ranks and went from working on the Help Desk for 11 months to becoming an Enterprise Applications Administrator for Public Safety. I have graduated with my A.S. Degree in Computer Programming & Analysis as well as earned 4 technical certificates while studying; Computer Programming Specialization, Computer Programming Specialist - Web Development, Operations Support and Services and lastly, Computer Programming Track. Since working with the City of Kissimmee, I have earned 2 HDI Customer service certificates, one being HDI Support Center Analyst and lastly, I have earned Level 4 Security Awareness and Full Access to FCIC/NCIC in all CJIS (Public Safety) applications.
