I implemented and managed the research project PhyNeTouch under the scheme of the European MSCA Individual fellowships. I focused on the development of novel meshless methods for the numerical approximation of the bioheat PDE to simulate cardiac ablation. I developed a meshless PDE solver written in C++ with HPC capability using the PetSC library. Furthermore, I investigated Physics-Informed Neural Networks as an alternative solver which I implemented using TensorFlow 2.
