Currently, I am working as a Senior HRBP for Strand Life Sciences which is a genomics-based research and diagnostics company with a mission to improve global health by decoding the genetic information contained in an individual's genome. We have a team of Pathologists, Scientists, Engineers, Sales Work Force, who work hand in hand to create and deliver quality tests. Around 50% of our 220+ scientists are highly qualified PhDs from world leading institutions. Our Engineers and Sales team are from, some of the most reputed universities in the country provide the computational power for complex analysis and generate business revenue. As the People Leader, I am responsible for strategizing the HR functions for the Diagnostic Division, building the team, and partner the growth of the company. With over 15 years of experience in HR leadership positions across multiple industries, including Real Estate, Advertising, NGO, IT, Banking and Healthcare, I am passionate about driving growth and development through effective HR strategies.Prior to joining Strand, I was the Head of HR for Nitesh Industries, managing end to end HR functions for multiple business line segments which were predominantly into Start ups. Throughout my career , i have been recognized for my contributions to the HR functions, including being awarded "The Best Employee of the Month" and "CDx Partner of the Year". As an HR Leader i always believe that it is very important to have personal connect with employees, inculcate positive environment, focus on well being and belongingness of the employees, develop a learning culture and at the same time keep enhancing HR skills and knowledge.
