 In charge of Tea Manufacture – with annual production of about 6.5 M Kgs of tea. Plan & implement Production plans for the Tea factories. Achieved a reduction in running cost of the factories by 12% by increasing efficiency/ reduction in manpower. Increase in capacity utilization of factories from 62% to 78%. Implemented ISO 9002 systems so as to maintain Quality of end product.
