  I come from the hardworking field of construction wearing my toolbelt and mastering my craft in the construction field garnering over 24 years of experience. In 1989, I established my own construction firm transitioning into the commercial construction arena. The founding of my company, K.M. Prowess, Inc. (KMP), came with a deep commitment to bringing excellence, honesty, and integrity to this specialized industry. We work hard to gain our client’s trust by carefully listening to their current needs and future aspirations, establishing fluid and open lines of communication, proactively setting clear expectations, and overcoming obstacles with a solutions mindset.
