A startup that focussed on commercialising open source products in India. From a single man technology team to a 130 member team with a hetrogeneous technology stack, I helped create patented A/B split test platform called the "Growth Engine" for one my US clients and deliver large scale projects using custom variants of existing open source products.

I headed the implementation practice for a travel technology product called "FInal Quadrant Suitecase". My strong travel domain knowledge with technology expertise helped me deliver product that met customer requirements. I was also instrumental in building an evolved product backlog that came out of my learnings during the implementations.

As a part of Kuoni buy out of the Hotel Booking engine I developed at ICICI Ventures for TravelJini, I was also moved to Kuoni as head of product development for the booking engine. I built a B2B product for Kuoni's India Inbound Operation and was a part of the techno-commercial team that rolled out the product to its travel agents across the globe.

Traveljini was an ICICI ventures initiative and was my first B2C web application. Traveljini.com was Indias first online travel website and I managed the technology delivery. I architected the airline integration API "XML Select" with IGT and was the first to go live in the country. I initiated, architected & implemented the hotel booking engine for Travejini, which had close to inventories of 4000 odd hotels from tier B & C cities in India. This was later bought over by Kuoni India.We were also the first to implement a WAP based mobile website and booking service.With ICICI ventures, I was exposed to the business side and the addictive world of Innovation. It also taught me to handle failures.
