-Daily operation and Maintenance of USSD, SMSC, ECN/BCN, Robi Owned Digital and Value-Added Services following standard operational practices and benchmarks.-Collaboration with solution providers, review service performance and SLA.-Prioritize customer satisfaction through timely resolution of customer complaints and emergency support.-Ensure operational excellence by proactive monitoring, timely fault resolution, bug fixing, patching of all relevant solutions.-Support project delivery by providing necessary data and integration assistance. -Execution of business continuation plan related activities.-Governance of vendors/partners ecosystem, ensuring tracking and follow-up of deliveries in accordance with agreed-upon terms and conditions.-Ensure adherence to IT governance frameworks and policies, operational standards, security, compliance, data privacy, and risk management.-Seamless integration and product configuration to support business need.-Support cross functional projects where above domains have dependencies.-Ensure change management and configurational changes for the above domains.-Help to create the local ecosystem roadmap.-Supervise the team to manage and coordinate technical deliverables and readiness for product and services with IT/Network.-Articulate the customer interface/experience & business users requirement specifications into user requirement specifications.-Develop technical standards, frameworks or guidelines required for service quality to meet the business demand aligning management goal.

-Support, demand/forecasting of entire Traditional and Digital VAS platforms OPEX, BC & Cross Functional initiatives of OPEX/Rev share/Group initiatives-Maintain traditional and digital VAS ecosystem, Mobile financial platforms meeting the targeted KPI, review, preparing and completing action plans for service quality and customer-service standards, resolving problems, assist in completing audits, determining system risk and improvements scope, implementing changes and enforcing policies and procedures.-Perform API Management, OTT based service development and maintenance-Arrange support for projects to ensure proper acceptance test, implement changes in live systems and facilitate changes in other related domains.-Assist & guide Regular and emergency trouble shooting and identify/resolve problems proactively.-Ensures system uptime, utilizing maximum system capacity, temporary license upgrade and identification and rectification of revenue leakage issues proactively.-Handle and solve customer complaints, Network Trouble Tickets of related platforms.-Monitor the system performance & Capacity utilization and facilitate additional capacity requirement.-Periodic meeting with the vendors to resolve the on-going issues & SLA management-Check and implement security policy in live systems with the assistance of Network Security and Audit team, follow up with related stakeholders to remove project snags.-Follow up & deliver operational issues and other related activities assigned by supervisor.-Work as team member of cross functional team for new project for the revenue growth of Robi.-Supervise, motivate and provide sufficient coaching to team member to develop skills and competency.-Support & accelerate for regular/Ad hoc requirement on any product/campaign/project support to meet business urgency.-Perform linux/windows server administration and maintenance.-Perform oracle/mysql/postgre/radis database administration and maintenance.

-IT system & security support.-Day to day operations and maintenance of CRM, SVS, CBS, SMSC, Mediation, Change management system etc.-Perform several operational executions in several platforms consisting of financial and nonfinancial activities.-Handle incident (crown jewel, c1, c2, non-critical), prepare and publish incident report with management after restoration/resolution.-Participate at various UAT for new deployment/implementation.

-IT system & security support.

-Maintain CC process and tools during day-to-day activities.-Collaborate with team, knowledge sharing with team for new issue resolution/identification.-Support maintenance activity for different types of CC system. Worked with client to ensure support and resolution of critical issues.
