I served as the sole TA for 230+ students (Fall 2018) and the lead TA for 180+ students (Spring 2019) for Intro to Psychology. I assisted students with various educational concerns and questions daily. I facilitated 9 exam review sessions over two semesters and 3 exams, covering over 7 modules of content. I also created multiple project rubrics for major class assignments.

Gannon University (Fall 2013-Experimental Psychology)-Under the supervision of Dr. Luke Rosielle, and partnering with Maitham Nuri, Kyrsten Sackett-Fox, and Melissa Cortes-We measured the level of conformity among Gannon students by asking them how many candies were in a jar individually, in groups, then individually again. I was in charge of running subjects, scheduling researchers, ensuring protocol was followed and the creation the presentation for the class. Gannon University (Fall 2014-Research Practicum)-Dr. Sadler's Research of stress and cortisol levels in hair-The research assistants were generally in charge of taking hair samples and setting participants up with the survey. I was also fully in charge of all participant schedules as well as ensuring there were sufficient assistants at every time slot. Gannon University (Fall 2014-Research Practicum)-Dr. Luke Rosielle-I was asked to do several literature searches on prejudicial influences (racial) on police officer decisions. Gannon University (Spring 2015- Advanced Experimental Psychology)-Under the supervision of Dr. Luke Rosielle, and partnering with Kyrsten Sackett-Fox, Joseph Horton, and Hagai Budilovsky-We are looking to determine if exposure to sexualized video game characters has an effect on sexism in Gannon college students. I programmed the "video game" in MediaLab that demonstrates the various images we are presenting to participants. I am also responsible for running subjects and assisting with the presentation creation. Gannon University (Spring 2015-Research Practicum)-Dr. Luke Rosielle-We developed a "head to head" style video game in MediaLab that will have participants choose or rank competitors (video game characters). We are predicting that the participants with more gaming experience will be more likely to choose female characters. I was in charge of programming in MediaLab, as well as running subjects.
