With a solid foundation in safeguarding and youth empowerment, my role at West Ham United FC revolves around protecting and promoting the wellbeing of young athletes. Our team ensures that each individual's voice is not just heard, but also valued, fostering an environment where they can thrive both on and off the pitch.Previously as the Deputy Designated Safeguarding Lead at the City of London Academies Trust, I honed my skills in creating safe spaces for learning and growth. Now, these competencies serve the Men's Academy, supporting the holistic development of our players through robust safeguarding practices and a commitment to their overall wellbeing.
