Director Strategic Initiatives
CurrentWork with management to help develop an annual strategic plan and then drive or support key initiatives related to the implementation of that plan. Develop, oversee and help implement programs and projects that support the department’s vision and plans.Act as main point of contact for consultancy to gather requisite data, materials, and resources, connect to key stakeholders, and solicit input and feedback.Suggest programs to implement, track results and resolve problems that may come up.Ensure employees have the skills and experience needed to support its business goals. Brainstorm both short-term and long-term milestones and goals.
