(Tops and bottoms) - Consumption of fabrics and accessories Costing & Finalizing - Prepare the cost summery sheet, with details (Fab, acc, CM, wash, EMB, Print etc.) - Prepare meeting agenda Highlighting obstacles and prevent themDevelopment & Sourcing - Make samples with new styles - Sourcing new and cool materials (Aplique, Folk print, Embroidery, Beads, Sequences etc.) - Visit factories with buyers compliance team. (secure Humanity and hyginity) - Do inspection of garments and materialsPlanning - Attend PP meeting & take monthly schedule. - Make Action plan with actual and forecast date. - Update the customer’s website for on time shipment. Study - Master letter of credit - Purchase contract & Technical file; find the discordance Follow-up, monitoring and supervising - Factory & fabrics/accessories suppliers regarding on time Booking, P/I, - back-to-back L/C etc. - Sampling - salesman, photo/styling, fitting/size set, PP, Inspection / shipment sample etc. - Special instructions regarding styling and folding/packing. - The approval of garments, fabric and accessories. - The production supporting - wash, print, embroidery, beads/sequence etc. - Prepare Export documents as per L/C terms(notify party in C/O, GSP and E/L) - Shipping company for smooth, efficient, faster, cost saving, timely transportation of goods. Report - Final costing to make a comparative study after the order’s been executed. Duties & Responsibilities: Correspond with worldwide garment customers, buyers and their agents to make them convinced to place their ready-made garment or material requirements with the company.  Calculating the FOB price of the particular product asked by the customer.  Develop new styles and make the samples to promote sales.  Place order with the most competent maker considering the price, quality level and delivery.  Follow up the buyers instructions with factories for all kinds of sampling like- salesman, fitting, size set, shipment sample etc.  Sourcing new and cool materials to make new styles.  Study master letter of credit and take necessary steps with the buyers. Visit factories and do inspection of materials, compare to the approved swatch.  Communicate with supplier to negotiate the price of fabric and accessories.  Discussing with the buyers for approval of garments, fabric and accessories. Make action plan with actual and forecast of all the accessories, fabrics and production schedule.  Figure-out the consumption of fabrics and accessories and booking the same with suppliers.  Update the production monitoring to customer weekly by mail or through website (If they have one) to ensure all goods would be shipped on time.  Monitoring and supervising the production supporting jobs like wash, print, embroidery, beads etc.  Strictly administer that ‘the mention of notify party’ and ‘preparation of the export documents’ are in accordance with the L/C terms. Also supervise the invoice, packing list, Certificate of Origin and Export License (where necessary).  Finally deliver finished goods to buyer in strictly adhering to buyers order sheet instructions.  Prepare the summery sheet, describing each individual order, quantity, tentative shipments date etc. Attending season ending meeting with the buyers. Report to management style and order wise about the projected earnings and cost of each
