I believe deeply in the impact of working together to create positive social change. I have been lucky to work around the world and to soak in the incredible cultures and communities that shape us. I have worked in many different roles across many different locations which has allowed me to develop and learn with an empathic leadership style.Seeing so much disadvantage around the world guided me toward the NFP and philanthropic sector where I am focused on supporting our most vulnerable women and girls in particular - with the knowledge that when women are empowered, they lift up their family, their communities and their economy.I thrive working across the whole of business with strengths in strategic partnerships, projects, marketing and community and sector engagement. For more than 10 years I have worked in the NFP space with a strong ethical vision. 25+ years in corporate, hospitality, sport and tourism industries has enabled me to draw on a variety of experiences and bring fresh perspectives to traditional practice.
