Kurt A. Mueffelmann is a seasoned C-level executive with international experiences spanning the application software and SaaS arena with focuses on security, compliance and payments.Overseeing growth and successful sales of 4 separate entities for investors, Mueffelmann draws on over 25 years of experience in helping high-tech companies reach their full potential through internal growth and strategic combinations. As CEO, he led two separate companies, including HiSoftware and Create!Form to being named to Deloitte Technology Fast 500 list which recognizes the fastest growing technology companies.He is responsible for defining and directing worldwide go to market strategies, sales execution, operational direction, market expansion and international growth.Mueffelmann was previously CEO of Cryptzone and HiSoftware; where he oversaw the sale to a private equity firm, restructured into a US-based entity, drove the combination and growth of the entities across 4 continents through an expanded distribution channel of high-velocity, enterprise and channel sales, as well as raised a Series B round of funding for $15m. Previously, Kurt was Sr. Vice President and General Manager of $50m in revenue for both the Document Output Solutions and Business Process Solutions lines of business at Bottomline Technologies (NASDAQ: EPAY); which acquired one of his other firms Create!form International. He has also served as President and Chief Executive Officer of RealWorld Corporation, where he oversaw successful acquisitions by Great Plains Software, now part of Microsoft.Mueffelmann has served on the advisory boards of numerous companies and professional organizations within the technology industry. He holds a BA degree in economics and political science from Fairfield University in Connecticut where he played both lacrosse and soccer. He currently resides in the Boston area with his family.
