As the Customer Success Manager of Green Security, I’m responsible for onboarding new clients, driving compliance initiatives, and enhancing service utilization across a designated region. My role includes managing accounts, strategizing business growth, and ensuring high customer satisfaction. Reporting to the Vice President of Sales and Operations, I focus on building strong customer relationships, managing sales strategies, conducting compliance assessments, and providing exceptional customer support. My goal is to deliver value through strategic account management, effective communication, and a keen understanding of customer needs.

Helps drive referral-based patient acquisition growth. Reporting to the Director of Patient Marketing, as a Regional- Team Lead was responsible for driving new patient acquisition through multi-channel marketing initiatives across two distinct brands and several audiences, including referring patients and clinical care teams. Worked closely with the content team to develop high-performance patient-facing marketing campaigns. Responsibile for successfully creating, developing, training, implementing, and executing patient marketing initiatives for 70+ Chiro One Wellness Centers and 15+ MyoCore offices. These initiatives include a combination of traditional in-clinic promotional events (workshops, dinner with the doc, and patient appreciation days) and edgy digital patient-centered social and email marketing campaigns. Being a highly metric-driven role, was accountable for specific acquisition goals per clinic location and across all brands on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.
